Payment Terms

We accept Mastercard, Visa and Discover, Cash, Checks, etc. for our maintenance customers on an automatic payment plan.

Maintenance customers are billed every four lawn cuts (or monthly) and the balance is due upon receipt. 5% interest is accrued every 30 days past due.

All work estimated at $10,000.00 and less will require 50% upfront and 50% upon completion of the work. All work estimated over $10,000.00 will have payments collected 1/3 upfront, 1/3 half-way through and 1/3 upon completion of the work.

If at any time during a job the scope of work expands greater than stated in the original contract, a Change Order must be signed before work continues.

During the fall season maintenance customers may be charged for a double lawn cut 2 – 4 times for excessive leaf removal and disposal.

Return Check/ Inconvenience fee: $50.00

Cancelation Policy

In the event that you need to cancel scheduled work, 24-hour notice is required. If 24-hour notice is not given a service charge will be applied.
